At Neon Trading Cards, we want you to be thrilled with your collection; however, if you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and factory-sealed products. Please note that due to market volatility, opened packs or individual cards cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, factory-sealed condition and that you are within the 30-day window from the date of delivery.

• 2.
  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the sealed items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack your items securely in a sturdy box with protective padding to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping method; once inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
